Found T23 1.2 Gig Processors

Did a search for the part number for the 1.2 Gig processor, and came up with this: http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dl ... le=26P8005

The part number is the right number for the 1.2 gig processor, but that's as much as I know.

Intel part number for the 1.20Ghz Pentium III-M CPU should be SL5CL. The 1.13Ghz version is SL5CK. A table is available here:

Note: Those part numbers are for the Mobile CPUs in the MicroPGA (Pin Grid Array) 478 pin package that fits in the T23. Also, I changed the link to the Intel.com site in order to reference the information straight from the "horse's mouth".
