Not yet. There was a rumour sometime back, but it turned to be false.

Yes, I don't see it in tabook but the "Core 2" graphic is still on the X60 page, thought maybe I could do a CTO. Guess not.

My prediction is it will show up again. I spoke with Lenovo via chat the day after the false annoucement incident and the tech said the C2D will be back. I've been waiting patiently (or impatiently) for it to come out. Maybe after this next sale (04/16/07)...

I'd like to buy Monday to take advantage of the sale. I see some specific L2500 models in the tabook (such as 6366-8KU) but I only see L2400 CTOs on the Lenovo site. Is there a way to get pricing for a specific Type-model?

The C2D's still show up in the Lenovo Friends and Family site for Canada. I'm not sure if that actually means anything seeing as that same site also listed the SXGA screen when you didn't have a chance in hell of getting one ;)

The prices don't seem that crazy either.

Well, they are up on the regular Lenovo canada site now too, but prices are crazy high.

EDIT

Whoops, didn't know pricing info was taboo.

should have read the rules first
