Contacting Executive Relations at Lenovo

I was wondering if anybody could help me with contact information for executive customer relations at Lenovo. I'm having bad eye strain issues with my LG-Philips IPS panel on a t60p, and would like to see if I could get it replaced with a BOE-Hydis model, but the phone support has been severely inadequate.
