Replacement 600x motherboard

I really need a replacement motherboard. If anyone has one they would like to trade or sell, please let me know. It can support either a 500 or 650mhz cpu.

I found this one in california

IBM Thinkpad 600x Type 2645-4EU Laptop Motherboard

But they are asking too much money for it.
