Warranty and Accident Protection

#1 Post by swiftrhett » Mon Apr 16, 2007 2:44 am

If I purchase 3 years of accident protection, does that include 3 years of depot non-accident protection as well? Does that mean that worst case, if my laptop breaks, I DHL it to them, and it comes back fixed to me in a few days? Purchasing onsite with that just means that they'll come out and fix my laptop for me the same day, even if I spill water on it?

If I install my own RAM, OS, and/or other hardware, does this void a warranty?
