Best Screen for Outdoor Use: Current Recommendations?

I've had no experience using one of the X Tablets outside, and would appreciate any suggestions from the board concerning the best X60 tablet to use for this purpose --using the machine either in bright sunlight or shade, with the capacity to also function with decent resolution outside.

Any thoughts appreciated.

I own a X60T with XGA-multitouch screen and find it not very readable in direct sunlight. Even in the shadow on a sunny day it is not easy to work with it. So I'am a bit disapointed about the muliview.

In my opinion, the reason for the bad performance is to less max brightness of the screen, so the backlight can't win against the light outsides.

But all in all it is a nice screen with even ilumination, readable from many directions - and it is not unusable outsides, but by far not optimal.
