Convertible Monitor Stand Adjusting

Hi All,

I just picked up a ThinkPad Covertible Monitor stand. When I mount my 19" flat panel on it though, the bottom of the monitor hangs a bit too low and makes it difficult for me to slide the laptop under to dock or undock. While I have the madal bracket at the highest height setting, I would still like to raise the monitor by another 1.5 to 2 inches.

Does anyone know of any hardware that could extend the height of the monitor on the convertible stand?

Is anyone else having this issue?
