What is pwdmon.dll file ?

What is pwdmon.dll file ?

I've found strange pwdmon.dll file in Windows system directory without any version information. The file is registered as LSA notification package.

Is it spyware or another IBM/Lenovo file without version information ? :evil:

I also have that file. Looking at the date and time, it shares this with several other IBM files that have to do with Access IBM. I would not be concerned.
