If you tried using the search link at the top of the page and used the search term "batteryrefill.com", then you should have gotten almost 4600 matches. This is a problem with the way phpBB acts when there is a "." in the search string. Instead, try "batteryrefill*" and you should get only 47 hits (as of right now, searching in all forums).
I have purchased a couple of 600X batteries from them and have found them to last just as long as a factory battery (about 2.5 hours). Not having any Battery MaxiMiser program on the 600X systems, I don't know how the storage capacity is changing over time. I do know that after about a year's worth of usage, they are still working about the same amount of time.
If you bought the battery directly from them and it has been less than one year, contact the Support department using the web page at:

However, the problem may be in the monitoring circuitry inside the battery pack. The one year guarantee that batteryrefill.com provides only covers the cells and not the "electronics". As you say that the orange LED turns on when the pack is supposed to be fully charged, then that leads me to believe that you have a problem with the circuit board in the battery (or in your laptop). Can you install the battery pack in another T2x system and see what it does there?
