Very important discovery regarding the rtm and retail VISTA

#1 Post by makaveli559m » Tue Apr 24, 2007 12:37 pm

A while back Microsoft said it developed software to start making builds of Vista easier. I had a theory that I had to test out and I came up with a very important discovery. On an un released build of RTM I found out that with that build I had hibernation with no problems at all. And that it was much responsive than the RTM and retail. So than I thought what if that software deleted code that it thought was unessacary when it made build 6000.? It would explain the problems with software that fails in the current build they released as the rtm and retails. The difference between both is that both RTM and retail have different icons and some new animations. If I were Microsoft I would look back the old builds and the things worked put those codes in the release of SP1. Im using Vista Ultimate on my Thinkpad A20m with 512MB.
