Bios Options access question

I just got my T60p yesterday and pretty much finished setting up all of the fingerprint and security settings. I did notice however that my boot device options were not in the order that I desired. When i go into bios to change it, the options are greyed out. I know all of my passwords but where do i go to access these options?
