Graphics chipset swapout, Intel -> ATI Radeon

I currently have a T60 with the Intel Mobile Express Chipset.
Is it possible to swap this out and replace it with an ATI Radeon chipset? It has turned out that some applications I use require Radeon-based graphics.

Any idea of the approximate cost, and who could perform this kind of work?

I just bought a T60 with ati 1300. I'm going to replace the board so I will have 950 video card. Maybe we can trade.

What is the model number of your machine ?
Does it include the WWAN card slot ?
