How much should i pay for this drive?

A friend is selling me a used CD-RW/DVD FRU# 08K9868 drive, how much should i pay for it?

It's looks new and is working fine.
X32/2.0GHZ/2GB/ENGENIUS EMP-8602+S 600mw mini pci/WD 250GB
X60/1.83GHZ/2GB/Atheros/7K100

I think $40 is fair. I personally wouldn't pay more than $30 (if I could snag a a deal somehow). That is Ultrabay 2000, correct?

Yes!

It is from a X30.

Yeah, I think $40 is enough. They go for about 50 bucks shipped on eBay.
