Client Security 8 fails enrolment for Password Manager

Since removing Vista from my Z61t and installing XP Pro most functions work correctly but I cannot enrol CS8.
Every time my machine fresh boots it askes for my password but then fails enrolment.
I have tried re-installing but it makes no differnece. it worked fine in Vista (but nothing else did!).
What am I doing wrong and how can I resolve?

Tried suggested and still the same?

CS8 appears to have several options greyed out. I can use fingerprint login to windows and train the fingerprint reader but will not enrol password manager etc?

Any help would be appreciated.
