Hi all. A couple of quick questions about Lenovo's Client Security Solution if you guys could help out.
I have the Security Chip enabled and I use the Fingerprint Reader for my logons. Is it possible to have the option of entering the password in lieu of the fingerprint reader? Right now, I can only use the fingerprint reader. There's no way to use a password instead.
Also, is there any way to disable the Password Manager? It's always in my System Tray and occasionally prompts me to store passwords, but I don't think I see a use for it (nor do I really know how to use it). I'd like to be able to use the Fingerprint Reader but not have the password manager constantly appearing in my System Tray.
Thanks guys!

Hello Snowman,
I had the same annoyances,
Without disinstalling CSS software, I solved disabling these services (from control panel):
- TSS Core Service
- TVT Backup Service
- TVT Scheduler
and with SpybotS&D (but you can tyr also with other software) I have inhibit these commands from system startup:
--- Spybot - Search & Destroy version: 1.4 (build: 20050523) ---
