Bluetooth Headset disables Microphone?

Well here's the deal, I have a Jabra BT250 that I use with my Nokia phone, and occasionally with my notebook to listen to mp3s whilst im in the lib doing sum boring work. Recently, I had the urge to bring back MS speech recognition in my computer so I don't have to type my papers this semester. (My r.hand I hurt while using a screw driver and my l.hand is kinda weird at typing)

So I enabled the text service and turn on my mic(bt250) and fig'd that's it, but it's not. Every time I uncheck the mute button in the volume properties it rechecks it automatically.

Any clues as to what this is?
