Client serurity solution 8 + verify identity-doesn't work!!!

hello, i have thinkpad r60 with win xp. when a want verify my windows password with CSS ( client security solution) so doesn't work. CSS write " the user could not be enrolled with client security solution" and i say WHY??????????? please help me

when i have win vista everithing was ok!

when i have win vista everithing was ok!
I have the same problem and get the same error message with Vista. Strange thing is, that it works fine for me on XP... aarrhh!!!!!!
