I just received a T60 with integrated 802.11n and made an observatoin: it *looks* like the third wireless antenna is installed in place of the WWAN antenna.
I can't be sure because my T60 with WWAN is a 15" so the shells are a little different, but assuming that this is the case, could a T60 that shipped with WWAN be refitted to take a third WLAN antenna instead?
If so, that would be great because I have no use for WWAN but 802.11n would be nice (if it works as advertised).
Has anyone tried this or seen service manual documentation that would either confirm or deny that the WWAN and 802.11n antennas are interchangeable?

Upgrading to 802.11n
Looks like I found my own answer here:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... 62806.html
The parts list shows the WWAN and WLAN 3rd antenna as interchangeable so I'm moving forward.
I'll report back once it's installed.
