ThinkPad as Telephone dialer

My 700C had "Telephony" features. I could put on a headset and use the ThinkPad as a telephone.

Anybody know of a program to do this with Outlook? Is there a ThinkPad "Telephony" equivalent program available today.

Hi.
I hope that you received any reply or maybe found out the solution for this problem.
I am looking for my R32 the same feature.
I am using Windows XP Dialer and everything is working perfect, exclude of option of hearing the person to whom I am dialing for.
He is listening me without any problem but i can hear him.
What I suppose to do?
