Can trackpad side scroll reverse directions?

Does anyone know if it is possible to make the smooth scroll part of the trackpad reverse directions, ie. when i slide up on the trackpad, the page moves down, when i slide down the page moves down?

It seems to be more intuitive that if a finger is sliding some object upwards, then the viewable surface, of a piece of paper say, would be travelling downwards.

Is there a way to change the software so that it does this?
