thanks for the best wishes, I have posted and searched on the
craiglist as well, I just though this would be more personall.
I am just a bit warry about the abberation of human psychology who have access to craiglist. ( am I making sense?)


also the reason I prefer a homestay family, I can pay a flat rate
hopefully, so that I should not have to sign up for utilities,
tv etc.

Anybody from Framingham, MA here or knows about that county?
I have found one landlord that will let me stay, but I am just concerned about security in that area.

Framingham is not the nicest town lets say. Natick is next to it; it is far nicer in most regards. I live about 15 minutes from there, Im sure there are nice parts of Framingham but I just have yet to find them.

hmm okay, well the guy is offering $500/mo to stay in a furnished

basement, and Mathworks, will be around 6 miles from where i will be

staying in Framingham.

I'll probably be taking my car, but just worried about the crime rates

over there.

When you say not nice, in what sense, aesthetic or safety?
