No they wont - they have totally different business concepts for the USA/Canada to Europe, a quiet tip - if you want a 15" 4:3 IPS don't wait too long and more importantly don't wait for a T61 with it. EDIT: in Europe at least

Quick off-topic: What is it with Europe? Why do they (and one other Asian country/region, I forget) get these special versions of Vista, for example??? What is the problem or issue here?? I'm asking purely out of curiosity as I grew up in Europe. Thanks...

Because of a huge lawsuit regarding how much dominance should have with preinstalled, non-removeable software. It also had to do about leaving some parts open source for devs which MS denied.

You have to click 15 inch models, then customize, then you can select the IPS screen. I ordered mine, it's sitting delivered in my office but I am away at one of our remote sites for a few days

I tried this but it keeps telling me my session has timed out.

Just tried it again and it works now.

Glad you ordered this display, you will love it.
