sort of related.. no idea where else to go.. wireless connec

ok.. try to make this quick. i'm at working using my t60p and have been using ugh.. aol dial up.. recently found a unprotected wireless wifi and hijacked on.. but real low signal. anyways, as of today the wireless was ok.. i connected.. but when i tried to open up a site it routed me to the site but a different page showed up (tried cnn.com) and the local isp they were using for the wifi came up stating if this page comes up u need to contact us about billing blah blah pls pay us i guess.. so i tried another site.. google.com and it didn't work either.. so i disconnected and logged on using aol dial up. when i opened up firefox my other pages work fine. but when i tried either the cnn.com and google.com i routes me to those pages of the local isp asking to contact them about billing.. i can't get to those site.. how do i fix this routing problem? thanks,
