Change H.D for IBMT43

Hi ,
please tell me why when i change the H.D for IBM T43 to another new one there is a message told me errore you change the H.D press F1 to access bious and then i go to startup and changed from stop to continues to let me when i login the message appeard to me but just afew mints and login the windows.My Question is how remove this mesage to login normally without any error messages please help me.
