Titanium Composite Covers on a thinkpad?

#1 Post by fefrie » Sun May 20, 2007 12:47 am

I've had a thinkpad for a long time and have done a lot of tinkering with repairs and such.

I've always wondered about the "titanium covers" I've never seen titainum in there.

Seems like a really high quality plastic to me in the lcd cover, but not really titaniaum like. And when it cracks, it cracks like plastic.

Just something i've been mulling for awhile now....
