T60 RAM Memory

Hello,

Does anyone know if this RAM memory is compatible with the ThinkPad T60?

I think I asked this in another thread as well. But if you install 4GB of RAM does the RAM still run in DDR2 or does it drop down to single channel?
W510 - 4318-CTO (15.6" FHD, i7-820, 8GB DD3, 500GB)
T60P - 8744-J2U (LG 15.4" WSXGA+, 2.0GHz, 4GB DDR2, 500GB 7200RPM, FireGL 256MB, Vista Business)
T60 - (15.4" - WSXGA - 2.0GHz, 2GB DDR2, 320GB)
R40 - 2681 (15" XGA, 2.2GHz, 1GB RAM, 40GB)
