Problem with system update... any help?

I have installed in my t60p (Vista Ultimate x64) Intel Chipset Support 5 however System Update shows me that the aforementioned critical update has not been installed. Moreover I tried to install (using system update) Thinkpad Ultra Nav Utility ver.1. 03 and a critical update named patchpkg but the installation fails...

Any help???
