I upgraded to 4 gb of ram on my Thinkpad x60s and need to sell this one. It is one stick of 1 GB PC 5300 RAM (Samsung). This is the factory installed memory that originally came with my Thinkpad X60s. Guaranteed to be working on delivery. I have sold a Thinkpad T60 on this site and can provide references if needed. My asking price is $40 firm (this includes shipping). PM if interested. Thanks.

Sorry, just out of curiosity and I'm sure some would like to know this too. Since you are running 4GB on your X60s (I assume 2+2GB) is it running in synchronous dual channel mode?
