Wow, 18 seconds...and I'm sure that they get to stop the line periodically to use the rest room for example...oh wait, the WTO looks the other way on China, sorry...but hey, the price of laptops, consumer goods, etc is falling so I guess that justifies it...

Sorry to be sarcastic, but there are many facets to that story.
