T21 2647-47u system board question

I have T21 2647-47U with bad system board. I looked up in Service manuals and the part for original mobo is 12P3366

I has found few system boards on e-bay for reasonable price, but I am not sure if it will be fully compatable to this machine

All of the boards are listed for T21 14" XGA and have following fru:
