If I buy a R60e with a celeron processor, can i upgrade the chip to a merom?

I think from a cost perspective it's probably better to just get the Merom in the first place.

well i'm purchasing a barebone system and wanted to see if I could upgrade the celeron processor if it's is not soldered in. I already have a spare hard drive and memory so it would be cost effective for me. All I need to know is if I could upgrade the processor later on the same motherboard. I'm thinking the celeron boards won't fit a merom.
