Hi, I saw that Power Manager allows one to recalibrate the battery so that you get correct prediction of when you are going to lose juice.
However, Thinkpad Power Manager doesn't support A31s, and the A31 battery software has no recalibration mechanism.
How can I recalibrate? Right now, my battery goes down to about 60%, and then all of a sudden it jumps down to 4% and the system goes into panic trying to quickly hibernate before the power is lost. This battery is a bit old, but serves as a good 2nd battery - is there a way to get it recalibrated?
If you can help here, please see my second question on a software-broken battery in the Hardware section (http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=43348)..
Thanks,
Milos
