Security Verification Error

Hi,

I'm trying to setup my new T60P. At the moment the only thing I did with it was to update the window and ThinkPad drivers. I also installed Kaspersky Internet Security, Diskeeper 2007 Pro Premier and Acronis.

Now when I run "Boot Time Defragmentation" with Diskeeper it stops half way and boots the window operating system. On the Event Viewer > System I get Error that the disk is bad. I ran Window check disk with "Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" on.

On the CHKDSK is verifying security descriptors (stage 3 of 5) I get

Repairing the security file record signature

Deleting index entry ID 1933 from index $SDH file 9
Deleting index entry ID 1932 from index $SDH file 9
Deleting index entry ID 1934 from index $SDH file 9

Replacing invalied security id with default security ID 6030
Replacing invalied security id with default security ID 27171

The rest goes OK and the report at the end has 0KB bad sector

Now if I run the Window check disk with "Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" on again everything is OK but if I run Diskeeper 2007 Pro with "Boot Time Defragmentation" I get the same errors as above.

I also ran the "System File Checker" and everything was good. I have the same Diskeeper 2007 Pro Premier program (different license) and Kaspersky (different license)on my T41P and when I use the "Boot Time Defragmentation" it works fine.

Any idea whats wrong here. I don't want to install any program on my T60P because I'm not sure if the operating system is corrupted or not.
