System update unavailable?

Factory restore did not reinstate the Bluetooth function as customer service said it would. Yippie. Now I get to install everything again.

Anybody else getting the error message:
The Package Index Server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Is this an issue with the server on Lenovo's side or something on mine?

By the way, anybody else got some bright ideas on how to reinstate Bluetooth? It has disappered completely from Access Connections; it's as if it is not installed on the machine.
