shortcut key to cycle bluetooth on/off?

i have a T60 with onboard bluetooth, apart from using the FN+F5 access connections shortcut which brings up the wireless radio window when from there i need to click on "power on" to turn BT on/off, i want a single keyboard shortcut to turn it on/off or even a command line shortcut i can somehow map a key to, the "Thinkpad" key for example.

is this possible and how?

edit: also what spec of bluetooth is on the T60?
