A22m system board wanted OR board components

i need a replacement A22m system motherboard replacement. my p/n is as follows: 26P8106 or 12P3976 OR i could use the following components
belonging to this or a similar board: ADP3410, ADP3421, and IRF7811

Actually it's not really that bad there are no real power problems, or passwords used, it's only fault is that it comes up with CRC1 error, it boots up and asks for F1 or F12 but then waits for next command, it does not re-boot nor does it do any other funny stuff and it'd just stay like that for hours ( means that there is NO power problems) and I hear If you just replace the "bios chip", your back in business.
