Blue Screen on "Convert to Adobe PDF"

XP Pro on TP43, SP2; Adobe 8 prof.

When I right click on a Word file, and select "convert to Adobe PDF" I consistently crash with blue screen, then restart.

Adobe says it's a "hardware" issue and talk to microsoft.

Any ideas?

No problem with this after rebuild of OS.
