Rescue/Recovery/Restore

I would be interested in where you are finding the programs to build the Rescue/Recovery/Restore disks? I have seen that you need to copy a CD first and a DVD second, but I can't find any software that looks like it sucks up the programs/files to write them onto a CD/DVD. Any step by step help would be useful.

It's in Programs, ThinkVantage, Create Recovery Media....
