Hello, when's the last time you updated your Hotkey Utility from lenovo? Mine weren't working, nor the on-screen volume display, and I updated that utility and now everything works :D

Well it can't hurt, I remember last fall after I had updated my Hotkey Utility, I discovered I had the on-screen display for volume, for some reason that had never worked. Then one day it wasn't there anymore. I did another update of the utility, I think it was even the same version, and it worked again. I'm not sure what happens to those little guys (utilities) but something destroyed it. Good luck :D
