Can not restore from Service Partition, Help me.

My IBM T60 came with Windows Vista home Premium. I got it 3 months ago. And some of my program did not compatible with Windows Vista so that I decided install windows XP Pro. Now, I'd like to restore My ThinkPad T60 to Factory from service partition but I can not access it even I install Recover & Restore 4 and R&R found no backup file on system. How can I do to sole this problem? Please help me!

You can try the following: Rescue and Recovery - Recovery repair diskette
