T-20, wired networking

Can't get my T20 (2647-44U) connected right on my Home network.
Host= desktop, XP-PRO & Direcway Sattalite
Client #1= Desktop, XP (is connected to network & work's ok).
Client#2 = TP, T-20, win 2K Pro, Ethernet Intel Pro/100+MiniPCI

I can ping the T-20 address & I can ping the client#1. The ping to Host fails.
I wonder if the T-20 Ethernet card has a fixed IP add. ? Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. JD

P.S. Forgot to mention, have dbl ckd. cables, and Firewall settings (on XP-PRO0.

Are they all in the same workgroup?
What OS is on the T20?

Same Workgroup, 2kPro on T-20. JD

Since I don't have a T41/42, I got what I expected from you people. I do not intend to ever make another post on this board. Bye

I don't own a T41/42 either. I have a T23/21, but I guess you don't need my help anymore so Bye bye!
