SOLD! A22P(2629-UTU) P3 1.0/512/40 COMBO UXGA 1600x1200

#1 Post by ajkula66 » Thu Jun 14, 2007 7:26 pm

My only (and VERY spoiled) daughter has decided that she needs a TouchPad, so up for grabs goes her A22P...

Product: ThinkPad A22p 2629-UTU [change]
Operating system: All [change]

Original description: PIII 1.0GHz (256KB), 128MB RAM, 32.0GB HDD, 15.0 UXGA(1600x1200) TFT LCD, 8x4x24 CD-RW, Intel Combo, TV out, Li-Ion battery, Win2000

This one comes with 512Mb RAM and CD-RW/DVD combo drive, along with 40Gb/5400rpm HDD

The machine has an integrated FDD, S-video in and out and 16Mb ATi video chip.

Very nice shape for a ThinkPad of this generation, some wear on the lid, minor pressure marks on the screen (visible on very light backgrounds only) and missing PCMCIA doors.

Asking $250 firm plus reasonable shipping depending on where you are. I ship internationally and accept most forms of payment.

Feel free to contact me for high-resolution pictures, or with any questions or concerns.

Carlos,

You got me with this one. I'm going to say no, but you may want to check with other members, or on IBM site. To the best of my recollection, IPS didn't come out prior to A30P, but I might be wrong.

All the best.

The A30 was the first laptop available with the IPS LCD. the A22p and prior feature a standard TFT. However, the UXGA screen on the A22p and A21p are still rather impressive. The reason I got rid of my A21p is because my eyes couldn't handle the high resolution.

Hello ajkula66,

I am very much interested in buying this Thinkpad. I do live in Germany. What is the price of shipping to Europe? I already wrote you a PM for further details.

Best wishes, Jan.

I congratulate the buyer. It was a great offer. I'm sorry, I did not buy it in the end. But shipping to Europe (Delivery, VAT, new keyboard, new power supply) would have been just too complicated.
