Can X31 boot from USB floppy drive or Flash Drive??

I was wondering whether the X31 can boot from a USB floppy drive?

What about a USB Flash drive?

To the best of my knowledge, all X-series machines can boot from USB floppy drives and even certain brands of USB CD-ROM drives. As for the ability to boot from flash, I know that the X4x series can as I have tried it myself. I have been unable to get my X21 or X23 to boot from a flash drive and I have not tried it on my X30.
