Productivity Center Flashes

I just reformatted my T60p to cleanly install Vista Business. I reinstalled the Productivity Center, but when I press the ThinkVantage button, the Center just flashes quickly and disappears. If I press the button over and over, it keeps doing this, and then it eventually stays. If I just launch the Center from its desktop icon, it works perfectly every time. Ideas?
