T40 BIOS

How does one get into the T40 BIOS? All I see is that stupid little blue button that really doesn't get you into anything on the system level. Is this the way they do it for laptops? You can't do or see anything useful. What about the Fn key? What's that all about?

Try F1 or Esc for the Bios. The FN key allows special functions like brightness and wifi control when combined with the grey keys at the top of the keyboard.
