Is WCPU330.EXE infected with a trojan?

Reading some of the posts in this forum prompted me to download a copy of WCPU330.EXE from http://www.h-oda.com/ website. After expanding to a subdirectory, Spy Sweeper quarantines Trojan-Backdoor-Cyn. Is Spy Sweeper wrong or is the WCPU330.EXE file infected?
