Screen resolution - magnifier function

Could someone help me out please. I have been clearing out many of the unused programs on my T43p and must unintentionally have deleted the program which allows for the screen resolution to be changed (by using Fn spacebar).

I cannot now identify which program I need to re-install so that I can restore this function.

I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
