WTB: X31 CPU cooling fan

My X31 is giving me "fan error" message from time to time. I've tried cleaning the cooling fan with canned air. However, it still having the same problem once a while, but not always. I guess I may have to replace the cooling fan. If you have a spare one, please PM me.

BTW, do I need to buy a thermal grease to put on the back of the cooling fan? Something like Arctic Silver 5?
