ibm thinkpad t21 video driver failed to initialize

hi have prob and dont know how to fix.

when i boot up my t21 i cannot get to windows even in safe mode when i do boot the laptop up i get the message video driver failed to initialize . i cannot get the system to boot at all so as i can boot from the cd any help please.

Did you try replacing the driver with the previous problem that you had? (border around the display)
