Have you dreamed about computers?

#1 Post by pianowizard » Wed Jun 27, 2007 6:50 pm

Have you ever dreamed of computers? It happened to me for the first time last week. In that dream, I had a Thinkpad on one hand and a Vaio on the other, and I tried to tell which one felt heavier. I think my geekiness has reached a new level!

I get dreams about computers but not the one like you had. In mine computers are mostly evil and after me .
"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.

I think I must have, because it seems that the 'sleep on it' advice as it pertains to resolving difficult technical problems on computers has worked for me many times. Did you ever wake up and have the solution? :).

Closest I've ever have would probably be computers that have been nightmares to use...
